Deepen your practice and join our unique 3 day Dharma Yoga Retreat in the beautiful Welsh countryside with three leading Dharma Yoga teachers. Over 50 years of combined study and experience with Sri Dharma Mittra.

*Arrive Thursday night. Retreat will end Sunday approx 4pm. Options to extend your stay to Sunday night are available upon request.

*The retreat location is approximately a 3-hour train/car journey from London to Swansea (not included in cost). Transfers from Swansea station can be arranged.
